E.B. writes her fitness blog from her home in Phoenix, AZ, where she works to keep herself, as well as her husband, son, and cat, happy and healthy.
She started running back in 2011. After giving birth to her son, she was diagnosed with post-partum depression. Running has been part of her road to recovery. She hopes to share what she has learned along the way and provide runner inspiration to others in their own journey.
E.B. also enjoys hiking with her family through the local mountains; cooking and baking, then eating the things she cooks and bakes; and reading as many books as she can get her hands on, from fiction to self-improvement.
Her goal for the year 2020 is to run a 5k every month, and write about her journey.
